This is a requirement for all new clients before sessions can commence.

This session Includes 60 minutes of face-to-face:

• Goal Setting

• Informal Assessment Administration (If applicable)

• Preliminary Feedback and recommendations

Outside of the session time, your therapist may also complete a further 30 minutes of:

• Assessment scoring, analysis and interpretation (where applicable)

• Liaising with stakeholders (i.e., family, schools, other service providers)

• Therapy management plan drafting

• Appointment-specific administrative tasks

*If any additional sessions are required to complete the assessment these will be charged at the therapy rate.

*Either a summary or comprehensive report is invoiced separately .

Standardised assessment: A standardised assessment follows a strict criterion. These tests have been designed and tested to be reliable, valid, and consistent in their results. This is done to compare the results to those of typically developing children of the same age.

Reports are invoiced separately following the assessment upon request.

Screening assessment: A speech and language screener is used to evaluate a child's language understanding and use, speech sound production, vocal and nasal quality, and social language skills.

Extended Session - $315

This session includes :

• 40 minutes of session preparation and appointment-specific documentation.

• 40 minutes of resource and session preparation, progress reporting, session-specific documentation and client-specific case conference with the supervising Therapist.

For mobile sessions (school, home, kindy), the relevent travel fee will be added to the session cost.

Standard Session with our Allied Health Assistants $115

This includes:

• 45 minutes of face-to-face therapy (or via Telehealth).

• 35 minutes of resource and session preparation, progress reporting, session-specific documentation and client-specific case conference with the supervising Therapist.

Timeframe

On average, reports are completed within 4 to 6 weeks after the final assessment. During peak periods this time frame may increase.

If you require your report within a specific timeframe, please contact us with your request and any relevant details and our team will do their best to accommodate your needs.

Cancellation/Non-Attendance Fee

• This fee is charged when no notice is provided for a non-attended session. This is applicable as per our terms and conditions.

• If your appointment is not cancelled or rescheduled 48 hours prior to the appointment, the cancellation and non-attendance fees are applicable.

• Cancellation and Non-Attendance fees are charged up to 100% of the scheduled session cost.

Non face-to-face services

(Charged at the therapist’s hourly rate)

• Collaboration with other services by email or phone call.

• Therapist phone calls with clients/parents/carers in direct relation to the clients’ care.

• Personalised resource or home program development time.

• *Where additional time is required a fee will be charged at the following rates per hour: Speech pathology $190, Occupational Therapy $190 and Counselling $156.

• Please note that a travel fee will be applied for mobile appointments (homes, schools, kindergartens) at rate of $43/hour for allied health assistants, $73/hour for counselling and $83/hour for SP/OT).

• Some delays may occur over holiday periods and periods of high demand such as school holidays. Clients will be informed of delays before these sessions.
