  • Individual counselling offers the chance for growth and support on a personal level. Personal issues like anger, depression, anxiety, parenting issues, academic challenges, career changes, etc., can be addressed through individual counselling.

  • Community engagement assistance is designed to assist individuals achieve their personal goals, and make informed decisions about their daily living.

  • Family therapy aims to improve communication, solve family problems, assist in the navigation of unique family situations to create a better functioning home environment.

  • Parenting support aims to improve the nature and quality of parent-child relationships to improve your childs outcomes.

*All counselling services provided by First Step Therapies can be provided in clinic, at home, or via telehealth.

*If you have a current NDIS plan with approved funding for ‘improved daily living’ under your capacity building supports category, you may be eligible to access counselling services under your plan.
